Morega Systems

We led the UI design effort for Morega's upcoming home media product. This included a desktop client application that brought interaction with multiple pieces of hardware into a cohesive user experience. The final deliverable was made in the form of architecture and wireframe documents that defined the application.

Songbird

We worked with POTI, Inc. on Songbird, their desktop player for web media. This product presents unique challenges in providing the best possible user experience for immersion in the media that the web has to offer. Furiant helped the Songbird team evolve their UI design and also created documentation for UI specifications.

Disney

We took part in the design of one of Disney's product websites. The project involved redesigning the site for one of their media products. Final deliverables were in the form of detailed wireframes for the site.

Ooma

We completed a user study to evaluate a pre-launch version of Ooma's customer-facing website. Furiant designed and executed the experiment, and provided a Report of Findings as the deliverable. The Report included an analysis of the collected user data as well as recommendations on how to improve the website design based on the analysis and design best practices.

Adobe

This project was to design the user experience as Adobe rebuilt their internal system for tracking product SKUs and serial numbers. The work involved studying the old work processes, understanding the true productivity goals, and designing a rich web UI to achieve these goals. The project involved initial user interviews, iterative work sessions with primary stake holders, architecture of the new user experience tasks, and wireframes (sample 1 and sample 2) of new design proposals. Various reports were also delivered throughout the process as milestones were reached.

Northwest Airlines

This project for Northwest Airlines involved designing employee web site access to benefits materials. These are 3 screenshots of the finished product (sample 1, sample 2, sample 3) delivered by Furiant. Additionally, we performed a basic heuristic evaluation for part of the the existing site and also created a document synchronization tool to improve the experience of maintaining future modifications to the web documents. Various reports were also supplied as each phase of the projected reached completion.

Deuce Snowboards

Furiant performed an examination of the website for Deuce Snowboards. This included a basic heuristic evaluation, recommendations for task and architecture flows, wireframes for revised web page designs, and a summary report.

Gridtag

Gridtag was a startup founded by Lonny several years ago that created the technology for a novel user experience centered on mobile phones. For the Gridtag mobile client application and Gridtag website, Lonny was responsible for overseeing the development of the user experience. Although he did not do any of the production work, he managed the efforts and was the ultimate sign off.

jd8 Records

Lonny has an ongoing relationship with jd8 Records, a small music label focused on developing new artists using new media technologies. Our work includes an ongoing renovation of the current jd8 website, as well as consultation on new media development and strategies.
