What we do

Interaction Design

Interaction design is the process of developing the user experience for your product.

This process involves not only the visual aesthetics, but also the step-by-step interaction flow required to use your product. In fact, the lack of a quality interaction flow is usually the reason a product has poor usability. In such cases, the company has typically invested too much of its development budget on technical or aesthetic features without addressing interaction needs. The result is a product that runs great "beneath the hood" or looks great on the surface, but ends up frustrating and even losing customers because they can't use it.

Benefits

Our interaction design services incorporate solid usability fundamentals into the interface and interaction flow of your product. Using techniques such as wire-framing and prototyping, ecological observations, and need-finding, we ensure that your product is designed specifically for your users' needs. Additionally, we iteratively perform small-scale user studies to continuously test the product's usability and adjust the interface and interaction flow based on the results of these studies.

As part of the design process, we will work closely with your technical experts to ensure that our interaction design can be implemented as easily as possible into your final product.

We understand that the end user experience depends not only on a good interaction flow but also on appealing aesthetics. For this, we work with one of our Partnering Associates to provide you with a design that looks great while being highly usable. Whether your product requires industrial design or graphic design, or a combination of both, our Associates will help us provide you with an outstanding final design.

Due to the highly variable nature of design, we do not have a standard pricing structure for our interaction design services. Please contact us if you are interested and we will be happy to discuss your needs with you and provide a quote based on your project specifics.
